UST Global, an IT company with a 1.5 billion dollar valuation has around 3500 employees in their Trivandrum office. Majority of these employees work towards the satisfaction of clients.
Problem
Until a solution is approved and accepted by the client, employees may find themselves stuck in the loop of making changes. How to break the loop?

Heuristic Analysis
Moonraft conducted a UX Audit for the UST PACE SolutionHub, where the goal was to evaluate and identify the existing usability issues in the UI design of the portal.
The evaluation criteria was based on Nielsen’s usability principles, as it covered all the necessary heuristic parameters for thorough evaluation.

This installation helped in understanding that UST as a company created assets more than they reused. It raised awareness among the employees about the necessity of CORA in improving efficiency within the company.

The number of people interacting with the voting installation doubled within the first few hours.

The idea behind this installation was to have a grand unveil of the CORA microsite to begin the event.
Each attendee would contribute a magnetic tile to complete the QR code, creating a common output. Each tile contributed by the attendees can be reused in the future to create another QR code.
